In local delivery areas, orders for office products** placed by 4:00 PM local time by phone, fax or online will be delivered FREE the next business day (between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM local time, Monday through Friday). In order to ensure efficient service to all our customers, Walker’s Business Products and Services reserves the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order.
FREE National Delivery Services
For deliveries outside of our local delivery areas, orders for office products** placed by 1:00 PM local time by phone, fax or online will be delivered FREE the next business day, between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM local time, Monday through Friday, by a third party delivery service (typically UPS.)

Walker’s Furniture Delivery Services
For orders within our local delivery areas, we will deliver in-stock items to a ground floor location. We will unpack your order, and move the piece(s) to its final ground floor location. Our delivery staff will move packaging materials from these items to an area designated by the customer. We gladly provide all of these services to our customers at no extra charge. Please note that unpacking is not available with orders that are shipped via third party delivery services. Assembly and additional installation of these items is available for an additional fee and can be arranged with a client service representative.
Walker’s Non-Stocked, Manufacturer Direct and Special Order Item* Services
All non-stocked, manufacturer direct and special order items* will be delivered to a ground floor location in the manufacturers shipping carton. Assembly of these items is available for an additional fee and can be arranged with a client service representative.
